Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Creating marketing plans, promoting new insurance policies of various kinds, and suggesting modifications to already-existing ones
• Fostering fruitful connections through networking, cold calling, using referrals, and other means in order to build a pool of potential customers from diverse sources.
• Assessing the demands and financial situation of a company or a specific consumer and recommending protection plans that fit their requirements
• The ability to create and carry out strategic marketing programs in line with overarching business goals.
• Provide agents with thorough training programs to guarantee they are knowledgeable about products and have strong sales techniques.
• Continue to coach and encourage the agency team to improve their performance.
• Help clients make selections by giving them accurate information about the products.
• Professionally respond to consumer questions and concerns, elevating them to management when required.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
