Functions and Accountabilities:
• Mediate negotiations and advise customers on pricing and market conditions.
• Offer customers advice and counsel on how to buy real estate at the best price and conditions.
• Recognize the demands of your clients and provide the finest solutions for them.
• Scheduling Engagement Meetings with the Assigned Leads. providing the HNI clients with exceptional, individualized service while demonstrating, advising, and closing deals.
• Converting potential customers into buyers by showcasing suitable primary residential homes that meet their investment requirements.
To determine a property’s value, do a comparative market analysis.
• Closely collaborate with the internal CRM team to provide seamless post-purchase support.
• Create a relationship based on trust, respect for others, effective communication, execution management, innovation promotion, customer-centeredness, teamwork, creative problem-solving, and high integrity.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
