Job Summary:
We are looking for a Unit Sales Manager Representative to lead and manage a team agents/advisors. The role involves driving sales growth, developing strategies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to drive growth.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of Core sales and marketing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
