Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Objective To increase insurance sales, cultivate and preserve a solid rapport with banking partners.
• Promote insurance products via a variety of channels in order to meet sales targets.
• Provide bank employees with the training and assistance they need to cross-sell clients on health insurance products.
• Oversee the whole sales process, including lead generation, policy issuance, and post-purchase support.
• To create new business prospects in line with the sales strategy both with existing and potential customers.
• To maintain client retention by making sure that continuing expectations are satisfied.
• Overseeing daily sales operations, such as prospecting, service agreements, proposals, and market expansion.
• Keep an eye on and evaluate sales results to guarantee expansion and financial success.
• Answer client questions and concerns about our goods by offering technical advice and experience throughout the sales process.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales lor marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
