Job Description
Positions and Obligations:
• In addition to supporting the identification and targeting of potential clients, assist with in-person meetings and product presentations.
• Develop sales pitches in tandem with teams, gather client data, and pursue leads.
• In addition to participating in market research and product presentations, you can help maintain the client database and cultivate partnerships.
• Assist in creating sales projections and reports; meet sales goals; and cultivate connections with customers.
• Handle walk-in consumers and ascertain their needs; convert leads; cultivate client relationships; and sell goods and services.
• Manage sales, cross-selling, up-selling, and product/service upselling as well as contract generation from current clients.
• Learn about the company’s entire range of services and goods, and attend the mandatory sales training sessions.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong interest in sales and customer service.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
