Job Summary:
The Unit Sales Manager will lead and drive sales within their assigned team, recruit and train insurance advisors, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. This role focuses on business development, team management, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve unit sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors to build a high-performing sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and support advisors in generating leads.
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 1+ years of core sales experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
