Positions and Obligations:
• Ensuring profitable growth and business development in the local market by putting the corresponding Business Lines plan into practice.
• Taking full responsibility for the P&L, planning, and sales goals with regard to budget and sales productivity.
• Encouraging sales, marketing, tendering, project management, and order handling activities by creating and overseeing an efficient, competent, and high-performing sales team.
• Creating and sustaining solid connections with influential decision-makers and reaching out to new prospects will improve the customer experience.
• To increase sales and revenue, cultivate and maintain connections with channel partners.
• Ensuring that back-end sales processes, shared platforms and tools, and effective business and support operations sustain agreed-upon service levels.
• Guaranteeing that the assigned region is appropriately staffed, managed, trained, and guided.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
