Duties and Positions:
• Lead, oversee, and inspire a group of sales professionals to meet sales goals.
• To promote revenue development and market expansion, create and implement sales strategies.
• Perform territory planning, forecasting, and sales performance analysis.
• Engage in cross-functional cooperation with teams from marketing, customer service, and product development.
• The sales crew should receive product expertise, coaching, and training.
• Develop and preserve a solid rapport with important clients, such as surgeons, hospital executives, and buying decision-makers.
• Remain informed on market trends, rivalry, and new product advancements.
• Maintain, expand, and actively seek out attendees within your zone to consistently surpass sales targets.
• Encourage excellent collaborations and client connections, sales, and leads by working together across Gartner sales teams.
• Reach yearly revenue targets by using territory-specific sales and account management procedures.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
