Positions and Obligations:
• To accomplish both individual and team sales goals, lead, coach, and grow the inside sales team.
• Track group performance and give frequent feedback to make sure goals are reached.
• To stimulate revenue growth, create and implement efficient sales strategies.
• Create an environment on the team that is supportive of cooperation and excellence.
• To improve teamwork and product understanding, hold frequent training sessions.
• Deep familiarity with the resources, merchandise, business practices, and market trends of retail
• recognizing shifting market trends, creating new channels for business acquisition, and offering top-notch customer support
• To guarantee a flawless customer experience, cooperate with other departments.
Prepare reports for management evaluation by analyzing sales data.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
