Job Description
Duties and Positions:
• From the first lead generation to the close, oversee the sales process while always upholding a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
• Create and carry out strategic plans for sales in order to meet financial goals and increase market share in the luxury senior property industry.
• Develop and preserve connections with potential customers, such as wealthy retirees, their families, and influential members of the senior living community.
• Targeting the elderly population and their offspring who live abroad, work with marketing and advertising firms to develop persuasive sales collateral and promotional materials.
J• unior members of the sales team should receive mentoring and training on client relationship management and efficient sales practices.
• In order to modify sales tactics appropriately, keep up with market developments, competitor activity, and industry trends.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
