Job Description

Positions and Duties:

• Make cold calls to prospective customers in order to advertise solar goods and services.

• Recognize the needs of the client and offer suitable recommendations and solutions.

• Using networking and market research, find and create new business prospects.

• Develop and preserve connections with prospective customers by communicating frequently and giving product demos.

• Share information and skills to improve junior sales representatives’ effectiveness by mentoring and advising them.

• Promote a culture of excellence and ongoing learning by helping to create a supportive and cooperative team atmosphere.

• Continued customer support, including answering technical questions, quickly resolving problems, and guaranteeing client pleasure.

• To determine where goods, services, and sales procedures need to be improved, get input from customers.

• To secure enduring business, cultivate and maintain connections with clients.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
