Duties and Positions:
• Obtaining business from the market by sourcing and maintaining channels
• Reducing delinquency and rejection to provide a quality portfolio
• Deep familiarity with the resources, merchandise, business practices, and market trends of retail
• recognizing shifting market trends, creating new channels for business acquisition, and offering top-notch customer support
• Suggest changes to procedures and guidelines within the retail banking industry in order to promote high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.
• Maintaining connections with current clients while seeing and pursuing new business prospects
• Analyze and analyze the market to find trends and expansion prospects.
• Develop persuasive sales materials and presentations in conjunction with the marketing team.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and additional sales tools, oversee the sales pipeline and monitor advancement.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
