Job Description

Duties and Positions:

• Exceed sales goals in the designated territory.

• Build and preserve ties with both new and current consumers.

• A team of insurance agents must be led, sales goals must be met, and first-rate customer service must be guaranteed.

• A great track record in insurance sales and management, outstanding leadership abilities, and the capacity to establish and preserve enduring customer relationships are all characteristics of the perfect applicant.

• Customers’ demands are understood, and they are informed about the goods and services that are available.

• Attending meetings to discuss the enhancements to the sales plan with the head team members.

• Collaborate closely with other team members, such as marketing and administrative personnel, in order to meet sales goals and improve client satisfaction.

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
