Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Unit Sales Manager to lead our agency channel team. In this role, you will drive sales performance, manage a team of agents, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the agency channel.
• Recruit, train, and mentor agents to optimize their performance and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor daily activities of agents and provide coaching to improve their sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree is preferable.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be local.
