Job Description
Positions & Duties:
• Lead brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects to help team members carry out sales and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with clients to develop and carry out marketing strategies that generate leads and enhance brand awareness while adhering to overall business objectives and sales targets.
• Assist with data collection and analysis to obtain insights about trends, rivals, and brands.
• Participate in client acquisition and lead generation initiatives, including events, trade fairs, networking, media marketing, and sales enablement.
• Organize outreach and PR campaigns, such as speaker ideas, company announcements, media releases, and awards.
• Get insights, evaluate against objectives, and measure and report marketing campaign performance.
• Preserving and cultivating business relationships with both new and current clients.
• Stay up to date on industry developments and product expertise.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
