Unit Sales Manager

Job Description

Positions & Duties:

• Locate and produce leads in the aviation, hospitality, and facilities management industries.

• Respond to questions from customer service, guaranteeing prompt problem solving and high satisfaction levels.

• Put in place reliable systems for sales forecasting and reporting to give the executive team fast and accurate information.

• Managing client complaints, requests, and issues while preserving positive connections with current clients

• Build relationships with customers to encourage recurring business and schedule follow-up meetings to introduce new products.

• Collaborate closely with our Customer Success Team to better understand the demands and difficulties of our clients so that we can enhance our sales process.

• Gain knowledge of product operation and customer troubleshooting techniques.

• Reach sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

• Create and provide weekly sales reports to management.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
