Job Description
Positions & Duties:
• Provides training to distributors and sales people within the designated zone.
• To serve as a liaison between the distributor and the company by supplying product inventories and stock updates.
• Presenting business offerings and increasing brand recognition by visiting both current and new clients within a designated sales territory.
• Tracking the sales team’s performance and inspiring members to reach or surpass sales goals.
• To oversee sales team members every day and offer direction when required.
• Responds to employee disciplinary actions when necessary and in line with corporate guidelines.
• Keeps an eye on current accounts and keeps in touch with the account’s principal contacts on a regular basis.
• Strives to boost sales growth in the region at a predetermined pace set by the business.
• Mostly to communicate with sales leaders.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
