Job Description
Positions & Duties:
• Convert leads and create revenue from leads that the company shares.
• To achieve the sales and profitability targets set by the Direct-Sales Management, expand current accounts and cultivate new ones.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database containing target, existing, and potential customers.
• Manage the sales force effectively to meet sales goals and achieve growth.
• Create and execute a strategic business plan that guarantees the company’s strong presence and grows its clientele.
• Defining goals, coaching, and tracking sales agents’ performance
• By collaborating with them and learning about their needs, you may establish and foster enduring relationships with your customers.
• Provide the management team with data on sales, revenue, and expenses as well as reasonable projections.
• Recognize new markets and changes in the market while being well informed about
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
