Key Responsibilities:-
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve individual and team goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and market penetration within the assigned territory or unit.
- Monitor and ensure the unit meets or exceeds sales quotas, KPI benchmarks, and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track sales metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve performance and address challenges.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and support sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Graduation Mandatory in Any stream
