We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Unit Sales Manager to oversee and drive the performance of a sales unit. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, implement effective strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:-

  •  Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve individual and team goals.
  •  Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and market penetration within the assigned territory or unit.
  • Monitor and ensure the unit meets or exceeds sales quotas, KPI benchmarks, and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  •  Track sales metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve performance and address challenges.
  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and support sales efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation Mandatory in Any stream
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
