Unit Sales Manager
The Unit Sales Manager is responsible for expanding and managing the distribution network through independent insurance agents. This role involves driving sales, recruiting new agents, providing ongoing support and training, and ensuring the overall performance and growth of the agency channel.
KEY ROLES-
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies to ensure the right mix of agents across geographic regions and customer segments.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of policies sold and expand market penetration through the agency network.
- Develop and manage incentive programs to motivate agents and reward high performers, ensuring a productive and positive working environment.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure agents are informed and compliant.
- Address any discrepancies or compliance issues proactively.
- Share insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
