Unit Sales Manager
Summary
The Unit Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets, recruit new agents, and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales agents to meet sales goals.
- Recruit and onboard new agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Report on team performance, sales results, and market insights.

- Strong sales skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
- Ability to drive results and lead a team to success.
Criteria:
- 1+ year sales experience
- Graduate
- Local preferable
- 21-38 age
