Unit Sales Manager

Summary

The  Unit Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets, recruit new agents, and provide ongoing coaching and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales agents to meet sales goals.
  • Recruit and onboard new agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Foster strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Report on team performance, sales results, and market insights.

Key skills:

  • Strong sales skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Ability to drive results and lead a team to success.

Criteria:

  • 1+ year sales experience
  • Graduate
  • Local preferable
  • 21-38 age
