Job Description
The Unit Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets. This role involves team supervision, strategy execution, and fostering strong customer relationships to drive unit performance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement sales strategies for the unit.
-Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team.
-Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships.
-Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-1+ years of sales experience.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Results-driven with excellent analytical abilities.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
