Job Description

Role: Unit Sales Manager

Objective: Find new business prospects, manage and develop a sales force, and assist in the company’s growth. One of a firm’s most important employees is the business development manager (BDM), who finds new business prospects and creates plans to expand the company.

 

Key Responsibilities :

To increase revenue and business, set goals and make plans.

To seek new markets, conduct research and put strategy into action.

• Determine which markets have prospective customers.

• Track down leads and assist them in the sales process.

• Establish goals as a team and create strategies to reach them.

 

Requirements:

• An advanced degree or its equivalent.

• Two to three years of marketing and sales expertise in the field.

• Age range: 21–38 years old.

• Excellent team-management and motivational leadership abilities.

• Outstanding ability to communicate.
