Job Description

To improve life insurance sales, we are seeking a proactive Agency Channel Manager who will hire, train, and oversee agents to achieve sales targets.

Principal Duties:

·         Train and educate agents to improve their sales and product expertise.

·         Create and put into action plans to boost market expansion and sales growth.

·         Build lasting relationships with agents and give constant assistance.

·         Keep an eye on agent performance and provide comments for ongoing development.

·         Confirm respect to regulations and corporate policy.

Requirements:

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in sales with leadership skills.

·         It is required to graduate.

·         Mandatory requirement of a bike and a valid license.

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Proven ability to drive sales and analyze data for strategic decision-making.
