We are looking for a Unit Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of sales agents. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with agency partners, and ensuring your team meets business goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Must be a local candidate.
