Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets within your unit.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within your assigned unit.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and coach sales staff to optimize performance, enhance skills, and ensure a high level of team engagement.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategies and adjust business approaches.
Performance Tracking: Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and adjusting tactics as needed to meet goals.
Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure the effective delivery of products and services to clients.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management or similar leadership roles.
Strong ability to motivate and lead a team toward achieving sales goals.
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and track performance metrics.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic market.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
