Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Monitor sales data and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory.
- 2+ years of Sales experience.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on sales performance.
- Age Criteria : 24 To 40 Years.
