    The Unit Sales Manager leads a sales team to achieve revenue targets, drives sales growth, and builds strong customer relationships. They create sales strategies, provide coaching, and analyze performance to improve results.

          Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Monitor sales data and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

          Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory.
  • 2+ years of Sales experience.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on sales performance.
  • Age Criteria : 24 To 40 Years.
  • Must Be A local Candidate.
