Job Description
The Unit Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and achieving business targets within the assigned unit.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet unit sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and motivation to the team.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize sales potential.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree/12th pass can also apply.
- Age limit is 24-38 required.
- 2+Year of sales experience needed.
- Must have own bike and license.
