Job Description
The Unit Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and growth within a specific geographical unit within the agency channel. This role involves leading and motivating a team of sales agents, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve unit-level sales goals. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and support to maximize agent productivity.
• Agent Development: Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
• Customer Focus: Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and builds strong relationships with clients.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
