Unit Sales Manager
Identifying and prospecting potential independent agents to represent the company’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential independent agents for the company’s products.
• Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing agents, providing training and support.
• Research organizations and individuals to discover new opportunities.
• Increase customer value while attracting new clients.
• Explore and develop new markets to boost sales.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Age: 21 to 38 years.
• Must be a Local Candidate
Additional Considerations:
• Sales or marketing experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for networking opportunities.
