Job Summary:

As a Unit Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Your role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents, ensuring high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the BFSI sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing market conditions.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
  • Preferred local candidate.
