Role Overview:
The Unit Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving revenue growth within a designated unit or territory. This position involves leading a sales team, crafting sales strategies, and fostering strong client relationships to meet business goals.
Key Duties:
- Manage and lead the sales team in the assigned unit
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Track sales performance and ensure goals are met or surpassed
- Establish and nurture relationships with important clients and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to spot opportunities
- Generate sales forecasts, reports, and analyze performance data
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven background in sales management, ideally at the unit or area level
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical skills to interpret sales figures and market data
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
