Job Description

Role Overview:
The Unit Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving revenue growth within a designated unit or territory. This position involves leading a sales team, crafting sales strategies, and fostering strong client relationships to meet business goals.

Key Duties:

  • Manage and lead the sales team in the assigned unit
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Track sales performance and ensure goals are met or surpassed
  • Establish and nurture relationships with important clients and partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to spot opportunities
  • Generate sales forecasts, reports, and analyze performance data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven background in sales management, ideally at the unit or area level
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales figures and market data
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
