Unit Sales Manager 
We are seeking a motivated Unit Sales Manager to lead our agency channel team. This role focuses on recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Recruit and train a team of insurance agents.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor performance and meet sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Address customer issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Conduct ongoing training and analyze sales data for growth opportunities.

Requirements: 

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree.
• Must be a local resident.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
