Job Summary:
We are hiring a driven and strategic Unit Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of sales professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving business targets, guiding your team toward success, and building strong customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales advisors or agents to achieve unit-level sales targets.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the team and monitor performance closely.
- Drive sales through field visits, lead generation, client meetings, and local networking.
- Coach team members on product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Track individual performance metrics and provide feedback and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all sales processes, documentation, and internal policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
