Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of sales advisors, drive sales performance, and achieve revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales advisors/agents
- Achieve sales targets for assigned unit
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
