Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of sales executives. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, growing the customer base, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives or advisors.
  • Set and track sales targets for the unit.
  • Support team members in client meetings and deal closures.
  • Promote and sell company products (e.g., insurance products)
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular performance feedback.
  • Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
  • Graduation Completion
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
