Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of sales executives. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, growing the customer base, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives or advisors.
- Set and track sales targets for the unit.
- Support team members in client meetings and deal closures.
- Promote and sell company products (e.g., insurance products)
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular performance feedback.
- Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
