Job Summary:
We are looking for a Unit Sales Manager to lead sales activities for a specific unit or product line. You will manage the sales team, drive sales growth, and ensure targets are met within your unit.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the sales team for the assigned unit.
- Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data.
- Build strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
