Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven unit sales manager to lead and manage a team of insurance advisors. The role involves recruitment, training, and performance management of the team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors/agents.
• Drive sales through team performance and ensure achievement of targets.
• Guide and motivate team members to improve productivity and retention.
• Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with the team.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve their queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 1–3 years in field sales/insurance sales/team handling
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and customer handling abilities
• Must be target-oriented and self-motivated
• Local candidates with a good network preferred
