Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives and achieve business targets. You will be responsible for team performance, customer acquisition, and implementing sales strategies in your assigned area or unit.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives or agents.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team.
  • Support team members in achieving individual and team targets.
  • Monitor sales activities and provide regular performance feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Plan and implement effective sales strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
  • Graduation Completion
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
