Job Summary:
We are hiring a Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives and achieve business targets. You will be responsible for team performance, customer acquisition, and implementing sales strategies in your assigned area or unit.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives or agents.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team.
- Support team members in achieving individual and team targets.
- Monitor sales activities and provide regular performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
