You’re looking for a Unit Sales Manager to lead a dedicated sales team for a specific business unit or department. This person is responsible for managing sales efforts to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.

- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives toward achieving their sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for your unit.
- Monitor sales performance, track team metrics, and provide regular performance reports.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to spot new growth opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
