Job Summary:

You’re looking for a Unit Sales Manager to lead a dedicated sales team for a specific business unit or department. This person is responsible  for managing sales efforts to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives toward achieving their sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for your unit.
  • Monitor sales performance, track team metrics, and provide regular performance reports.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to spot new growth opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
  • Graduation Completion
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
