Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of sales advisors, drive product sales, and achieve business targets in the assigned area.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales advisors
- Drive sales of insurance or financial products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Motivate and guide team members to improve performance
- Track sales activity and report performance to senior management
- Conduct regular customer meetings and field visits
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
