Job Summary:
We are hiring a result-oriented Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of sales executives and drive business growth. The role includes managing daily sales operations, achieving targets, recruiting and training team members, and ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives or advisors
- Drive the team to achieve individual and group sales targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct regular field visits with team members
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
