Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Unit Sales Manager to recruit, train, and manage a team of sales advisors/agents. The role focuses on driving sales, building a strong team, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage a team of sales advisors or agents
• Train and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
• Drive sales of insurance or financial products
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
