Job Summary:
Responsible for recruiting and managing a team of insurance advisors and driving life insurance sales through the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and build a team of life insurance advisors.
Train, guide, and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
Generate new business through the advisor network.
Monitor advisor performance and productivity.
Conduct joint field visits and sales meetings.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any stream.
1–4 years of sales or insurance experience preferred.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
