We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Unit Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing a sales team, and expanding the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives/Officers
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Conduct field visits and monitor team performance
- Ensure target achievement on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the team

Required Candidate Profile:
- Must have 2+ years of experience in Field Sales
- Experience in BFSI / FMCG / Marketing
- Local area knowledge is an advantage
