Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Unit Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing a sales team, and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives/Officers
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Conduct field visits and monitor team performance
  • Ensure target achievement on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the team
