Job Description
Responsibilities:
Recruit and train agents to effectively sell insurance policies.
Meet and exceed assigned targets while fostering strong relationships with clients and agents.
Achieve PMS targets through mapped intermediaries.
Oversee agent licensing, tracking, and activation processes.
Maintain positive relationships with agents, offering regular product and process training.
Act as a problem solver, addressing issues and queries promptly.
Conduct regular meetings with agents, lead providers, and intermediaries, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 1-8 years
Qualification: Graduation (Any stream)
Candidate must be local
