Job Description

By finding new business prospects, forming reliable alliances, and increasing market presence, the Unit Sales Manager – BFSI is in charge of promoting strategic growth.

Main duties:

  • Create and preserve solid bonds with important customers, stakeholders, and business executives.
  • Find growth prospects by conducting competitive and market research.
  • Develop go-to-market plans in conjunction with the product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Oversee and guide a group of experts in business development.

Skills and Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Two or more years of field sales experience
  • Showing leadership expertise
  • Excellent communication and bargaining skills
  • The capacity to create and implement long-term business plans.
