We’re looking for a driven and experienced Unit Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of sales professionals within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and monitor performance regularly.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to team members.
- Identify new opportunities to grow the business within assigned territory.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is must
- 2–5 years of experience in BFSI sales
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation
- Prefer local candidate
