Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
  • Drive sales of banking, financial products, and insurance services through direct and team-based selling.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales within the BFSI sector
  • Strong understanding of banking, financial products
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication
