Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
- Drive sales of banking, financial products, and insurance services through direct and team-based selling.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience in sales within the BFSI sector
- Strong understanding of banking, financial products
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
