Job Description

As the Unit Sales Manager , you will lead and manage our sales Development team to generate
leads, nurture prospects, and drive revenue growth. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in
aligning sales development efforts with overall sales goals.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a sales development strategy.
– Manage and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives.
– Generate leads through outreach and qualification.
– Collaborate with the sales team for efficient lead conversion.
– Analyze performance metrics and refine processes.
– Align efforts with marketing campaigns.
– Report to senior management on team performance.
– Develop customer segmentation strategies.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Min. 2 years of experience in field sales and marketing.
– Age:22-38
– Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
